We here at Fire and Dice Entertainment aim to deliver the only best for you and your guests. Let us share how we provide a top-notch experience for you and your guests, from the first contact to our after-event follow-up.

Helpful Party Planning

We are glad to help you finish all the planning for your event--just give us a call. Give us some basic details about your party, and we will help you pick the right amount and variety of games for your group. If you need a caterer, DJ, photographer, or other similar service we can help you fill that need with one of our affiliate companies. If you would you like to personally see the quality of our tables and equipment, or are worried about how our equipment will fit in the space, we can arrange an on-site visit. Over the weeks leading up to your event, we will keep in contact to ensure your event planning is running smoothly, and we'll offer advice when asked. On the day of your event, we will arrive no less than two hours before your guests are expected to arrive and begin set up. At this time we will also meet with you and cover final details. By the time your guests begin to arrive, our team will be set up and our tables ready to play.

The Party

As your guests arrive, they will receive a player's package, which includes a players' allowance of casino scrip (play money) and some info on the games being offered. Our highly trained dealers will arrive shortly At the designated time, your guests will turn in their "casino money" for chips, and begin playing them. From that moment on, until "cash out", the room will be full of cheers, laughter, and excitement. During play, our dealers will interact with your guests, having conversations and sharing jokes. If any of your guests are unsure on the rules of the games, our dealers are also great teachers who are willing to teach newbies and answer questions at any time. Though three hours seems like a long time, it will go by all too fast.

The "Cash Out" and Drawings

Ten minutes before the three-hour mark, we will announce the end of play. During this time, our dealers will "cash out" your guests by exchanging their chips for a ticket to a drawing. Obviously, the bigger the winnings, the more chances they will have in the drawings. While some members of our team are helping you conduct the drawing, others will begin to depart. After the drawing as your guests begin to depart, we will safely begin cleanup and only move heavy equipment after it is safe to do so.

After Event Follow-up

After you've had time to recover from your excellent event, but within three weeks, we will schedule a after-event follow-up. This can be over the phone or in person. During this discussion, we will review our experience working together and aim to find at least one way we can improve our service for next time. And because your event was so great, we'd expect that soon.
